It perfectly adapts to LCP, PBT, PA46 and other high-performance engineering plastics, realizing accurate control of thin-wall (0.1mm or less) filling, effectively solving common defects such as material drawing, nozzle clogging and uneven wall thickness, ensuring stable molding quality. Compared with hydraulic machines, it saves energy up to 67%, meeting the high-efficiency production needs of electronic connectors.
